What is the Parent Portal?
RenWeb is the school’s administrative software used for our grades, progress reports and parent communication. Parent Portal is our tool for parents and students to access instant, online, timely and secure student information.
What information can be found on Parent Portal?
Parents can access their family tuition billing history, student grades, homework assignments for the week and teacher contact information. Both students and parents can have their own User Name and password for separate access. Parents have access to their own student/family demographics to edit emergency contact info, medical info, work info and much more.
How does a parent get access to Parent Portal?
You must have an assigned User Name and password. New family User Names are typically the Primary Parent’s e-mail address registered with the school. The Log In Window will show up on the school Home Page. It will direct you to create an account.
How do I get assistance from ECS?
Contact our Registrar or our Principal. Either person can help you with establishing your RenWeb Parent Web Account and a new password.
How do I change my contact information?
Once in ParentWeb – pull down tabs and user friendly instructions are available. As a security measure, all edits are submitted to the school to accept and verify before they are processed.
